if a race war (hypothetically) did happen, who would win? (no nukes, no biowarfare or insane shit like that)

SF on twitter are saying a race war will happen or something cause some black kid stabbed Chad. But this has me thinking, if a race war really did break out, who would win? based on numbers, Asians will win In terms of Cruelty it could go either way as all the main races have done fucked up shit...

however in this case it's a bit different, if economy and trade etc. is also affected then the "modern world" wins because the US is not as self sufficient as they think they are
