My conclusion is that Chinese are much more similar with the likes of Vietnamese, Koreans, Japanese and maybe Thai and Filipino. They open shit tons of small stores as well in USA and have their ethnic specializations (such as nail polishing of vietnamese and pho shops)

Yeah they have their ethnic specializations. Vietnamese tend to have high spatial IQ, good for fine craftsman jobs like polishing that requires some degree of precision. This was demonstrated in the Vietnam war.

Chinese, especially Southern, tend to be good with numbers. Hence many management/logistics/grocery companies.

Filipino tend to be more emotional than Chinese and more caretaking, hence lots of them are nurses.

Japanese, like some Chinese, are autistically obsessed, so they tend to be good with automarket stores and repairing things.

There are many overlapping, but you get the general idea.
