Gran Turismo 1 demo for the PS1

I used to play the hell out of this demo. My dad liked it too, I think it's the only video game I ever recall him playing.

For some reason we never bought the full game lmao. They bought me many full priced games but never this one, even though my dad liked to play it also. Strange and I regret I never asked for it. I also had a demo of Soul Reaver 1 that I played quite often but never got the full disc for that either.

I've long thought it was Need for Speed that I had been playing, but I looked it up and it definitely didn't match, so after some digging I found this and that's definitely the one course you could play.

I remember Spyro, Gran Turismo (vaguely as a racing game that I confused for Need for Speed as time passed), and Soul Reaver 1.

I never played the Gran Turismo games but I did play the first Midnight Club on the PS2 with my dad.

looks fun bro. the good old times, where you didn't have to pay for upgrades. also nice memories that your dad liked it too and you found the game back.
didn't know there were demo's for PS. I never had one. maybe someday.

I had a pirated version of it as a kid but never played it much, mainly cuz I was too busy with Driver 2 and NFS High Stakes.

Btw I loved how the PS1 gave you that weird feeling like you were playing something you weren’t supposed to. Even the demo discs had that dark, edgy atmosphere.
