I was doing the shoulder press with 12.5kg dumbbells and the foid beside was doing the same thing with 15kg dumbbells. I did only start gymcelling a week ago, but still, this was fucking brutal. She wasn't one of those jacked foids either. She just probably wanted to have toned arms or some shit and she spent the rest of the time there doing squats.

Actually 6'0 is the perfect height for weightlifting. Just tall enough that nobody can accuse you of compensating, and still short enough to make easy gains. Stop coping and lift.
 
One week is nothing. Also proper range and motion is more important than weight, pros on youtube dont use heavier than 50lbs.

this has happened to me some thick bitch stuffed her ass in my face and did deadlifts while giving me bad vibes absolute suifuel and the reason i go to the gym once every two weeks when i absolutely have to only for legs

Facially I am good looking enough to get approached and complimented when I go out (i'm mostly mentalcel) but I get no respect from men. And women that do know me treat me like an autistic chihuahua.

If I do any more, my form becomes fucked up and I do half reps. The shoulder press is my best shoulder exercise. Other ones I can really only do like 7.5 kg.
That's if I start my workout with other stuff first though. If I did shoulders first I could probably do more, but not much.

Trust me, they are pathetically weak. I know gymfoids who have been going to the gym for months and still can't do bench presses over 20kg
 
The difference is the foid is probably already maxxed out at 30lbs, and might never be able to lift much more no matter what she does. But if you keep it up you can probably go from 25lbs to 50lbs in under a year.

If you wanna make rapid progress, just bench/db press everyday. Increase the number of sets or do drop sets.
I promise you next week you'll be able to do 15kg dumbells with ease.

Thanks bro. Yeah, i'm trying to do some chest exercises everyday even when it's not chest day because my chest is the most subhuman part about me. I literally have little flabby tits because of lack of pectoral muscle. I can bench press with 17.5kg dumbbells currently.
