I was sick and left the clinic to go and pick up a prescription and some mucinex when this kid went up to to me and asked if I was over 18. Dude handed me 20 bucks and I got him some cold medicine. I pretty much checked out and as I as about to pay him back (realizing I didn’t think to split the bill), he told me it’s all good and to keep it. Pretty much got what I needed for free.
