Title says it all. I was good at my job yet they found reasons to fire me. My workplace is almost all women, and my male co-workers all mogged me. I worked as a dog handler and was very good at my job; not the best person there, but definitely up there. I had a meeting with my boss a month ago about how I was slow in getting the dog park set up, but I took note of it and did it perfectly from then on. Based on his tone during the meeting, I knew it wouldn't be long before they found a reason to get rid of me, since my coworkers treated me like shit, but I still held on to a little bit of delusion. Then, a week ago, he said I was done. He cited the reason being me not having proper clothing for the job, but they never mad it clear in the employee handbook, and after some prying he admitted that he was gonna fire me at the end of the payperiod regardless.
