They'll have cookies, or use IP address to detect if you create another account.

This happened to me too, except I got banned for posting based things in a sub that I created. I was the mod too. The new account was banned soon after I made it. I gave up after that. I've been on Reddit, with different accounts over the years, since around 2009 or something when it just started taking off and I can't be bothered anymore. The place has become overrun with psycho woke trannies. You even mention Trump you get banned now.
