Valorant's game mechanics are also more user friendly (this is just another word for foid friendly) than something like CSGO, in which you have to learn every single flash, smoke, nade, and moly lineup to be able to play at a tactical level. Valorant is easier in every aspect, in such a way that you could argue it's harder to solo carry because even a noob who's played the game for a week can get some random kills on you
Aiming and spraying are significantly easier because everything moves slower and hitboxes are a lot bigger to accommodate their userbase of foids and soys who have never touched an FPS in their lives. Even the maps and abilities are simplified to cater to a much larger audience than CSGO nades

What makes CSGO especially, extremely, INSANELY difficult is that you need to be able to have perfect planning and execution, as well as have fast-twitch reflexes and adapt very quickly to a highly dynamic situation that could change in literally - LITERALLY - seconds.
