Got an ulcer on my arm from a cigarette burn

The coal fell off the end burned me and well now it's infected and an ulcer got bandages that I have to keep on for 5 days and am on antibiotics. It's on my forearm funny how such a minor injury that's happened to me dozens of times turns into that.

It's not a particularly interesting ulcer you can find much worse with a simple Google search I also just changed those 5 day bandages a couple hours ago I've got a limited supply and I'm not ripping it off just to take a pic for your morbid curiosity sorry.

i'm not sure how that happened, i've been smoking since years now and used to get burns occasionally but skin would heal after a while

I suspect you've got early symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes, you may want to get blood sugar and insulin levels checked

I actually did shortly before then for an unrelated reason (neuropathy) and that's perfectly fine turns out it's either alcohol (but young for that) or idiopathic.
