I wouldn't put it past them to try, though places like Russia and China have had heavily censored networks for years, but people have been able to use VPNs to bypass anyways up to this day.

I do think if they even try to block VPN usage there will be widespread outrage. At the moment, the restrictions are just a minor inconvenience, and the AV systems are easily duped by AI generated/ google images of some passports and drivers licenses, plus the aforementioned vpns.

All I can do is hope on a few things, that being 1. They realize how ineffective and dumb the restrictions are 2. The growing backlash, the potential for Wiki to take the gov to court, plus the growing petition to repeal this policy will make them reconsider

Ultimately, im just so sick of living in this circus and joke of a country. On top of being a sub5 ostracized loner, I have to live on an island with a commie woke government and a people that, outside of this site, are mostly morons, hence the state of everything.
