What does Desu mean?
My morning has been rather pleasant, if only a little weary. I hadn't gotten much sleep, for I slept at roughly 9:00 and awoke at 2:00.
I couldn't bear taking myself back to sleep, though—I just like the morning far too much to do such a thing.

Yeah, I've thought of that before... Probably just because of the '~,' which could be interpreted as something gay. But I use it to indicate a 'softer' way of pronouncing the sentence. Combined with 'desu,' I thought that it would be a pretty good way of expressing a friendly tone without having to use too many words.
I thought this was Sewers, not going to lie.

Yes, my morning has been decently fine so far. Today I have a driving test for my license, though, so that's somewhat worrying. Although, I'm more than certain I'll pass given that I don't make any major mistakes...
