I'm skinny and don't eat sugar and junk food, still got it and now have to inject myself everyday

a while back i bought a blood glucose monitor off amazon and my fasted levels and post-meal levels were both very high
i started eating only one meal a day for about 2 months and everything went back to normal

i've since returned to 3 meals a day (eating far less sugar than before) and everything is fine
