its really sad going out alone because u have no one to go out with and seeing all the people being happy with their lives and with their girlfriends while i just rot alone. i never had genuine friends in my life which really made my mental health worse and worse. for me i get really nervous when i am out in public because of the anxiety and the trauma that i endured tbh. now the only benefit if i went alone is that my family is not with me so i can waIk around do whatever i want however seeing other people is pure ropefuel ngl. what advice can u give me guys if i am alone in the mall.

Staying at home is a good thing dude, you're lucky to be alone, I have to lower my voice and singing talent because of my stupid family I hate to death. See it as a good thing you're alone.

It's true being an incel going outside is brutal but that's how they perceive you, no one even perceives you at home. No one judging you, you understand your true self when no one is judging you.

Sometimes that shapes you in a bad way, sometimes you know, we're taught to study etc. when no one's judging you you may jerk off to porn all day and I mean ALL DAY. Even though it's natural, I don't think it's a good use of your time because if you jerk off to porn all day... I would always love such honest life posts from people about who they are etc.

This kind of takes me in their shoes and I can physically see and feel things they are feeling.
