Just making a thread to force me to commit to it.

I always feel much better after working out, guess there's some kernels of truth to "just go gym brah"

Shoulder workouts always feel so good, Idk why but they do.

Do it for yourself and try to enjoy it. If not, you can always do couch to 5k programme, or you can join BJJ. It's very nice to keep moving. If it's really over for you, then don't even bother using the gym to dream about ascending.

Yeah I'm doing it for myself and I don't expect for the gym to ascend me at all. BJJ could be cool to do but I don't have a ton of free time at the moment and I think I might be too high inhib for it.

Yeah I hit shoulders yesterday, honestly might be my favourite muscle to hit.

And "Just go gym brah" won't help in terms of ascending for a lot of people but it is good for your mental state.

I know what to eat but I haven't been following that strict of a routine so I need to look into that
