Don't be a retard just do fasting just don't eat like a pig for 24h 3x a week and you will lose weight like madman, it would be even faster with doing 7 day fasts or OMAD 24/7 with short breaks 1-2 a week. It's a big problem with you americans you need to consume like pigs you don't know when to stop, you will even inject yourself with untested poison just so you could keep consuming forver.

why not just diet? i started cutting a few days ago, it's hard, my stomach is constantly rumbling and i even get a little dizzy sometimes from the hunger, but it's definitely not impossible. it will get easier after a few days/weeks anyway.

What was her side effects? Was it anything serious? I just got started on it yesterday. I've noticed a small difference so far in appetite but I think it'll kick in soon. It's a bit too late to swap at the moment. My Doctor recommended Zepbound if Ozempic doesn't work.

some advice that's not viable for you now but might be in the future after you lose weight, stop eating sugar completely and start eating stuff like meat and dairy, i used to eat a lot of junk food, i had to stop because i became too depressed to go to the store and my mom wouldn't buy junk food for me so i had to eat meat and dairy, i didn't really like it at first, but after some time i started really liking it, now i find meat and cheeses and milk much more delicious than any other sweets, i do eat a lot of sugar every once in a while but after that i find junk food disgusting again and want to eat healthy stuff

do not rust him, as someone who has lost from 211 pounds to 171 now, i can confidently tell you that i have pretty much stuck. this thing is only possible to a point and after that your shitty genetics will stop losing and youll pleatu on a smallest diet. use the ozempic and see how it goes but definitely be aware of the side effects such as the ozempic face and now theyre saying that it might indirectly also cause hair loss.
