Since yesterday i have been going to gym and got a time slot for early morning as its the best time for me to gym. I go gym at 6am in the morning and its the best time to go to gym. No normie npc chads and foids to ruin my mood. Yeah there are people early morning in the gym but they are like 4 at max. It feels like you own the place you can go anywhere and try every equipment without worrying about being in the line and to look at chads genetics. My trainer is also a chill guy and has been helping me a lot since there are not enough low iq npcs for him to train he gives me full attention. Overall i am liking it.

Gymcoping in the morning really is the best, lol it would be either empty or there’s like 4 boomers working out in there. Good thing though is that my gyms open 24/7, so i usually workout at 4am-6am since my sleep schedule is fucked completely.

i am working out 6am-7am atm. No boomers so far there are only some zoomers there but its best place to cope since its empty
