I am not really an expert at all but I knew a guy that was entirely bald. Now all of a sudden he is having hair that apparently are as he said growing. How does it work? Do you get hair transplanted or something?

chemotherapycel?

Most likely hair transplants or something idk.

I read a recent study on a new pill for those suffering from alopecia areata, which is a kind of auto immune disease. I dont think any new strides have been made for regular DHT based balding in men though.

Well I know two guys. One of them I saw him one day and he was starting to grow hair again after having been completely bald for years. You can see a line that doesn't look natural but will grow out. So he seems to have received treatment that will allow him to grow hair himself. Weird.

Another guy I know came with a full head of hair more or less overnight. He probably got a hair transplant or something.

i get so emotional when i see balding young men come to my pharmacy and ask for help, i feel so bad for them even when they giga height mog me.

People shave their head more than ever nowadays, but unless you have a face you're still going to get mogged.

So going bald as an incel, whether residing hairline or self-shaved is not a good thing.

Transplants exist, and people can't admit they had it

Hair system seems like a good option.

I have had 2 hair transplants. The first was shit because I went local and cheap and was stupid and the 2nd was to improve the situation using a reputable surgeon in Turkey. I have also had something called SMP done which is essentially a hair tattoo that most people get to create the illusion of a short buzzcut but in my case it was to increase the appearance of density of my hair which is quite a new thing. Examples:-

Shaved head SMP

Thickening SMP

The problem with hair transplants is they only really work if you have a considerable amount of hair left which is what I had because each person only has a limited amount of hair in the donor area which is the area at the back and sides of the head that doesn't go bald. For example if a guy was fully bald on top or about to become fully bald very soon the best he can hope for via transplants is probably a thick high hairline which in most cases unless the guy has a great face would look even worse than having a fully shaved head in which case a good hair system (wig) would be the best option.

There is also now however the option to use body hair, leg hair and beard hair which would be a great option for hair anywhere besides the hairline because that needs to look more realistic. And if you combine this with SMP which can also make a depleted donor area look thicker you could technically have a relatively full head of hair no matter what the situation.

The problem is money in a lot of cases. Surgeons in the US an UK charge diabolical prices for mediocre results compared to the better cheaper results you get from the much better surgeons in Turkey. Either way for all of the above you will be spending 10k at least if the situation is bad.

Are you saying that hair harvested from the back can be transplanted into the scalp and grow as if it were scalp hair? Can it be grown rockstart long or is it limited to middle age looking hairstyles?

Yep, hair transplanted from the back of the head can grow just as long as it did when it was on the back of your head. It will behave exactly the same. That is essentially what hair transplants are. Example, Calum Best:-

Holy shit, I don't think I want to perma remove my horseshoe anymore.
Haha. One of my friends was considering getting his horseshoe removed via laser hair removal. His hair grows very fast even though he is bald on top and he says sometimes he gets depressed when he is razor shaving it in the bath. It's a fucking curse at any level.

What can I do? I don't have nothing. Only if I transplant from my body.

Do you have hair on the back and sides? How about eyebrows and eyelashes? There is something called Alopecia Totalis which is where you lose all scalp and facial hair but there is also alopecia universalis which is when you also lose eyebrow, eyelash and body hair on top of this.

If it's like you say I'm guessing it may be totalis. Depending on how much body hair you have you could use a combination of that and SMP if you are really desperate although I don't know if the transplanted hair would stay in this situation due to the alopecia. But don't take my word on that.

I think on some guys SMP to give the effect of just a short buzzcut can make them look way better than bald or balding as another option. Here is an example of a guy who I think looks better. Ignore how good or bad you think he looks in the face:-

You can also get SMP done for a beard. Here is an example. Ignore the cringey thugmaxxing and press mute if you want:-

I have nothing, I'm exactly the guy in my avatar pick. I have eyebrows and eyelashes , I know this is a weird case, doctors also didn't understand what happened with me when I was 18.

Is this the best you can get?
You can get better. I couldn't find better before pics of him. Bare mind that guy is a millionaire and has had multiple hair transplants done over the years so he was probably fast approaching total baldness because that first pic was in his early 20s and the second is his late 30s. So he probably had a big bald patch in the back developing that needed addressing etc so they had to keep his hairline somewhat 'natural'.

I've read some great stuff about this clinic though which is cheap AND great. You won't get neither in most countries (the site may take a while to load):-

Don't any of those options appeal to you? I mean wouldn't SMP of both the hair and/or beard make you look better? I think in a lot of cases it does like the guy in the first video.

Do you think that this problem is what is causing your lack of success with women or a big part of it? Personally I am way past the stage of listening to people saying "there is nothing wrong with x, y and z, it is because of your <insert immeasurable bullshit thing here>" which is no doubt something that you have heard too. You know your own mind as I know mine, they don't. The way to move forward is to draw a circle around what YOU KNOW is the problem/situation and take steps to deal with that however you can. And if you do know that this is the problem then you need to take whatever steps are available/possible to you.

I will take a look, thanks. And tbh I have many things that makes me incel. But being bald as I said, was the biggest strike in my self esteem, because it's not normal someone bald at 18. When I was in uni, you cold see short guys, ugly guys, guys with big nose, skinny, fat and etc, but guess who was the only young and bald guy? Just me.

No problems, you are welcome.

I feel for you. I used to shave all my hair off due to being ginger right up until I was 18, then I decided to grow it and looked much better. 2 - 3 years later it started receding so I kind of gave up and put weight on and people around me and my family bullshitted me that there was nothing wrong and it was natural. Fuck them. Best advice I can give you is - fuck them. You can swallow the shit they tell you all the time but reality is always there proving them wrong through no fault of your own. Don't ever feel like it's your fault brother.

I worked with a guy who was like 45+ and had the same thing right out the blue. Every hair on his body was gone within 2 weeks. He was a great guy and was already happily married with kids though.

I think you need to do what you need to do to fix these things as best you can, if you can. It's not like I'm some random cunt on the internet looking for a commission or selling you car insurance either haha.

Hair system is only viable option for NW5+ else SMP if you’re of darker skin tone.

One of my biggest fears
