As far as I can see literally no country has the Islamic law completely in place. And looking at the state of the Middle-East, even without all the conflicts going on, there is a lot of corruption and violation of basic human rights (garbage hospitals, dodgy politics, high poverty rates, modern-day slavery, etc.). I saw a video of a hospital in Morocco of a man literally dying on the floor and staff refused to help him and the people walked past him leaving him to rot. Everyone there is a so-called Muslim.
