Lutherans are not called to evangelize, at least not LCMS ones. We have the call to apology (example: OP says “Storm, your god is fake... why would he do blah blah instead of blah blah” and I have to defend the faith.), but not the call to convert others. Lutherans have the correct understanding that we as humans cannot bring people to the faith, but God (as the Holy Spirit) can and does. There is no work of my own to which I can boast, including that of evangelizing.

I do sympathize with nonchristian incels but also do pity them (I pity ALL non Christians regardless of incel status). From an incel perspective, it just seems like misguided and inefficient hate. There are many more groups and people out to get incels and further spread the incel plague then Christians. Hell, good trad ones like myself demand our women be chaste... 100% in line with the proper incel belief. Hating Christians as an incel is like hating glass bottle manufacturers for making you an alcoholic... there’s about 50 bigger reasons for your problem then the folks who make the bottles.

It is of my belief that incels hate Christians because it’s cool today. It always really has been.
