From this standpoint, the so-called "Russians" must acknowledge themselves as an "oppressive/criminal people" and should reject their existence. Because, as described in the above historical theory, Russia is inherently evil, the continued existence of Russians is incompatible with peace. This philosophy is not opposed to any particular Russian political regime, but to the existence of Russia itself.
