I will eat the way I think is right. My overall well being proves me right. Also, I've never had as much energy and stamina, on any other diet and that at my age.

And recovering from high physical stress like endurance workouts and high intensity weight lifting is also a lot faster and better.

i know you ll say placebo effect ,scams etc but just collagen made my acne go away almost entirely , i have a whole supplement routine the key is to buy good brands aka be ready to pay a certain price when it comes to supplements , if a supplement has flashy marketing on it it s probably shit ( if you ever buy some one day ) but besides that supplements helped me a lot even if they aren t miraculous either. But ok do whatever.
