If the Monad is not evil, does it have no concern with the suffering of this realm? Wouldn't that make him as ignorant and evil as Yaldabaoth himself?
Some say that the demiurge killed and replaced the Monad as the supreme God. But that simply isn't possible since the Monad can't be killed, especially from a subordinate entity.
Is Gnosticism a bs religion like Christianity? Is our suffering truly meaningless?

A mistake almost every religion makes is thinking suffering is bad and there exists a perfect world or place without suffering. When in reality suffering is simply things happening from cause and effect and being seen as painful from our human perception.

I'm a platonist. The demiurge is not evil, he makes things as good as possible. The monad is not evil either, but pure good. The problem is that as good as possible still has plenty of bad and evil.
