My food was late so I contacted them through the chat option. After 5 minutes they called me on phone and I insisted that I cannot accept a cold food now. They told me that they will refund it and that I can keep my order for free IF it arrives.
Apparently that idiot who took my order was dissatisfied that my order was only 27.64 and he canceled it despite it was already being made, he is not replying. They transferred it to some immigrant guy with a Muslim name but he is lost and late so he can keep the food.
These idiots can't deliver a simple order and yet they expect a big tip. *

The original driver decided that the order is too small and that 1 euro tip is not enough so he gave order to another guy who informed Glovo that my order was deliver, which ofc was a lie.
