It's very easy for them to tell us that when they do not know the depths of deprivation we do; they experience what we could only dream of as something ordinary, for they have access to affection and validation in abundance. A desire for a partner who you find to be attractive is literally biologically wired into your brain. Failure to actualise this desire will lead to an internal discontent, the same way a child feels discontented when they are refused sweets. A child cannot cope with it due to their immaturity, but an adult can repress this desire into the unconscious, which in the long run will not turn out well for their psyche, leading to depression or internalised hatred of females and males who can get a partner (the fox proclaimed the grapes to be sour after failing to reach them).
So yeah, saying that getting a girlfriend is not important, is nonsensical cope and a lie.

The problem isn't really involuntary celibacy. The problem is involuntary childlessness. It can get confusing because you need to have sex to reproduce, but that's the only reason sex matters. This is why legalizing prostitution isn't really the solution. The actual solution is to legalize commercial surrogacy, which is the only way we can reproduce. The focus obviously shouldn't be marriage either. Banning commercial surrogacy hurts incels because it prevents them from reproducing. Banning commercial surrogacy is a form of eugenics because it prevents ugly men from reproducing. Banning commercial surrogacy is immoral because it labels the God-given duty to reproduce as immoral. Even if you're against IVF, which I'm not, you can still support commercial surrogacy because it doesn't necessarily involve IVF.

I also think banning abortion can be part of the solution in various ways. For starters, if people have more children, other people will want to have more to be normal.
