Something similar happened to me recently. Bitch cowards were in a big group, around 10 people. I looked at them in the eye. They only started insulting me a good 60 yard/50 meter away from me. So i put my hand in the pocket and I yelled them that if they want to die today.

All i can advice you is to get a knife or if you can a gun. I carry (in minecraft knife pillager mod, not in real life) a knife, even if you are weak, you can pretty much overpower anybody with it.
