Apart from carers as and when I need them, then yeah this place is my only contact with people these days. I used to see people alot and actually was pretty well-known (in a bad way I guess) when I was a Homeless Alcoholiccel, and had plenty of "acquaintances" (drinking buddies) rather than friends. Of course all that ended when I was relocated to another town and given my flat by the council, and also stopped drinking. Naturally not a single one of those "acquaintances" have phoned me or ever contacted me since, which proves they weren't ever friends, not that I ever thought they were tbh.
