I have the majority of these symptoms which explains why my life is so miserable :feelshaha:

I have most of symptoms, but my sex drive is high.

These are too generic to say you have high cortisol, but high cortisol = stress so yeah if you're stressed you've probably got this.

I have ALL of these symptoms.

I don't have any of these but still feel stressed a lot.

I feel it's just part of the non-NT curse, high neuroticism seems to be common among autists

Yes. I have this problem.

Yes for the past couple years I'm stressed out nearly every waking hour from the state of my life and the world. If I don't rope I'll probably have a heart attack by age 40.

Because of work or just social anxiety? I’ve been stressed out nearly every day since middle school due to bullying and social anxiety

my health improved a lot and i gained around 15kgs (i was extremely underweight 50kg at 178cm) after i graduated and started neeting
i was so anxious before, almost throwing up when waking up to university, but now when i do absolutely nothing my cortisol is probably on perfect level

tldr neet is the way

we have a low sex drive because we dont get sex on the regular , and we have no incentive to try

I think that's a different kind of stress, which can be alleviated with escapism. What I've been experiencing has occurred once copes (vidya, anime, thinking the future will be better) stopped working and I realized there's no escape from being a subhuman failure. So every morning I wake up feeling almost ill because I realize my life is over but for some reason I'm still alive, and it continues throughout the day.

There is a very good study I keep meaning to post here, which shows that long-term elevated cortisols levels are correlated with low life expectancy more than any other factor, even things such as lifestyle and access to medical care. And cortisol levels are highly correlated with wealth aka social status. So the thesis is that people of low social status will maintain high levels of cortisol throughout life and thus die prematurely. There's also a study on chimpanzees which reaffirms it.
