The state offers some protection to toilets by means of legislation (lax laws regarding abortion, various safety nets for fefails like state-funded shelters and so on) or bias favouring them in courts (lighter sentences for the same crimes, stealing man's money in most divorce cases).

In return, the state demands their useless votes, vocal support for their dumbest initiatives and using their ability to shame men (slaves) back into plantation.
