The backwardness of the Slavs
Of the generally noteworthy examples of the evil effect of racial mixing, two more can be found in Chamberlain's work: one concerning the Jewish race has already been discussed in detail by us, because it is at the heart of Chamberlain's theory. It is fatal for a people if it can expand over unlimited distances at an early stage^^). There is no social friction and thus no compulsion to develop a higher culture. - If the soil is not sufficient for the increase in population, progress will occur, the formation of a commercial and commercial stratum, the division of common lands, the transition to an intensive economy, etc. In a large part of Russia, the common ownership of land has been the basis of the economy to this day, since when the population grew, there was always the opportunity to establish a daughter village on virgin land and avoid division. This patriarchal constitution made the Абсолютизм возможен и препятствует любому прогрессу. The enormous expansion of the Bodens also seems to have been one of the main reasons for the low development of culture in Africa and America, the two "combatless continents' (baguette). In short, the backwardness of the Slavs is not a consequence of the blood mixture, but a result of the local and economic situation, as well as the historical development; Poles and Czechs, among others, have shown that the slav can only afford under reasonably favorable conditions.
