German productivity is finished

The productive segment of the population pyramid in Germany is now retiring as i write this post. They make up the biggestb segment of society. They were the ones that the amazing German economy people were in awe and wonder about was based on. They were skilled and worked like horses. Now they are retiring. And guess what? As soon as that generation is now leaving the workforce German productivity drops, the economy is now regressing backwards.


The elites brought in refugees to replace the retiring workforce but based on the current eceonomic data it was a brilliant fantastic failure. The refugees are incapable of mastering a trade to a high degree it shows from the economic data. And even worse the German native gen Z are more uselees than the refugees. They only want office jobs with home office and refuse to go build stuff like their grand parents to build the economy.

That was a ratio over 40:1 and South A frica was richer than USA, at the time the 1 st world economy of South A frica was more advanced than many European countries, the medical sector was more advanced than many European sectors.

If competent whites are in the key managerial positions , South A frica before 1994 proved it can be done. And this is the requirment though which you correctly emntioned, cut welfare and force everybody to work, create a self made financial crash and then say there is no money for welfare or whatever that will work. I live in Germany and the politicians know this exactly, they have all the university professors doing research and advising them. Anything I wrote here is open knoweledge just open youtube and you will see thousands of videos of regressing European economies. It means productivity is falling and the politicians know this exactly

I dont know. I saw on youtube the business owners were saying they now have no choice but to automate as much as possible and use AI as much as possible. I guess thats their plan

In SA whites were in charge and kept the blacks in their place, in Europe it is reversed. Jews are in charge and place non whites at the top and whites at the bottom

well South Africa has many natural resources whilst Europe has nothing except their human capital and thats all.

Sooner or later they will be forced to make hard decisions and Europeans always get radical when poor so I am guessing welfare will be cut when the time comes. Whites are soft, kind and fluffy when rich and aggressive when poor so change is coming if we like it not. I doubt they will kill or stuff like that but they will make changes soon in like 10-15 years
