Graduated highschool in early 90's USA. Bill Clinton was president, Beavis, and Butthead rocked, and America was still pre George Dumbya. Optimism, and hope were in the air. After that time though, GenX just disappeared. We all have strong opinions about Boomers, Millenials, Z's. What do you think of Xers good, bad, and ugly? I think we are the invisible, inconsequential generation, neither useless, or usefull.

What do you think?

never even heard of gen x. i assume there the parents of millenials?

My brother is from that generation, he lives a normie life

They were forgotten because they're kind of a pointless generation, at least the stereotype they identified with. "Slacker" isn't interesting. You say "optimism and hope was in the air", but gen x's image was depressed scumbag, nothing optimistic or hopeful at all. Optimism and hope was found in the dot-com pre-bubble, I guess, but nobody really thinks of that as gen X.

i assume there the parents of millenials?
More like the parents of early zoomers. Parents of millenials are boomers.

i wish i was genX
