Genetically engineering foids and spawning them in artificial embryos

So when are we going to genetically engineer women to be non-hypergamous and spawn them in artificial embryos?
I can't exactly get behind sexbots, they can't replace real organisms.
What you can do is start making synthetic embryos (by the millions) and start spawning genetically altered foids.
I'd imagine this would be possible in 100-200 years.
Thoughts?
