The numbers are probably made up boomer slop, but it probably does have some truth to it. Gen Z is the most autistic, neurotic, and medicated generation by far.
Can confirm as a Zoomer, we also are way way less socialized by far
It is the result of growing up in a low-trust society dominated by boomers and modernity as a whole. Zoomers are really just victims
Social media is only a small piece of that puzzle
It's due to:
-Dysgenic causing more to be born with ADHD, autism, etc.
-Diversity causing more social fracturing
-Disappearance of "third places"
-Society being gynocentric

I wouldn't know. Never cared for those terms and why some are called gen alpha, gen z, millenials, gen x etc. .
I do wonder why thosd letters have been chosen for those gens.
