Gantz theory

Am on chapter 92 of gantz and i have come to the conclusion that the protagnist an incel and is living in a fantasy , 1 both of the girls he likes one looks exactly like him and the other like his childhood friend 2 he sees guys who are taller then him as chads and they always seem to get so much girls in his world 3 he lives in soluted with barely any human interactions so he created a fantasy world he can escape to so he can feel a sense of purpose
i think i cracked the ending
