Ive been playing a lot more games recently and im wondering what games you all would recommend? i have no genre i dislike in fact if you have a game from a genre that people dont usually play/like please tell me im a big fan of interesting game mechanics and different ideas in video games. in the process of finally finishing the castlevania series rn its really fun i enjoy arcade side scrollers a lot and after that im going to play to heart 2 which is a visual novel/galge.

please comment your recommendations and if possible a synopsis of it lets try and have a interesting thread and not "muh i realized i was a heccin inkwell chud when i got rejected because im ugly"

Yeah one of my fav sandboxes tbh. it pisses me off that they fucked up so bad with 3 they had a good formula going and they ruined it with redditslop

iv'e heard of rimworld but not whiskerwood im looking at the steam page rn and it looks really cool its like a mix of civ, sims city and factorio im adding it to my wishlist i like autism traps like these

yeah great simple graphics and the gameplay is easy to get into. eventually you will be building carts and rails to handle logistics and that's where the game really shines

That was the first game i got on my emulator its so good i still cant decide whether or not i like the classic zelda format or the new one

What is the playtime do you think it gets really good? usually these games need at least like 50 hours before you can enjoy them to the fullest extent

it depends on how fast you want to go, if you pump everything into research from the start, you should reach carts and rails logistics within 5 hours of playing time no joke

Yes thats correct and im posting on it but this is also offtopic where the majority of the userbase posts so i wanted to make a thread here.

I'd recommend alan wake 2, lies of p, stellaris and touch typing tale. Those are the games I've been playing

I havent played it but its basically one of those arcade games with guns but instead of guns you type words as fast as you can. seems interesting i might buy it to give a review tbh
