So I had grade 12 english class and everybody was expected to come and it did not matter if you came late. We had this one dude who NEVER showed up. Never on the first, never before the holidays never at all and on the last day of the semester before exams he pulls up. My teacher just glared at him and he asked about saving his grade which was 0. Our culminating assignment + exams were about 30% of our final mark. Even if he did perfect on both he'd still fail jfl.

Yeah, I have some similar experiences from when I was in school. Guarantee most of the kids who flunked are doing a helluva lot better in life than I am, though. My retard ass academics didn't mean shit in the end.
