Eh, the Total War series of games is great (especially Medieval 2 and Attila); Crusader Kings 2; Europa Universalis 4; Hearts of Iron 3; Civilization 5; Cities Skylines (best time waster ever, and a really fun one); the entirety of The Elder Scrolls series (like quite literally all of them from Arena to Skyrim and all the spin-offs); all the Fallout games (except maybe for BoS); Assassin's Creed (most of them); ArmA II and ArmA III; Project Reality; Operation Flashpoint: Red Dragon; the old Battlefield games; some of the Ghost Recon games (especially Advanced Warfighter and Future Soldier); the Metro games (2033 and Last Light - good adaptations of the books).

As everyone has said before it really depends on your taste. If you like puzzle games the Talos Principle is a really good one. I also find older games to be good as well like Oblivion. Crusader Kings 2 is fun if you like history/role playing games.
