RageFuel Fucked up while trying to cash out bins/ccs

I swear dude , carding is actually dead. I bought 50$ worth of ccs used a residential proxy with antidetect browser and all that shit just for all of them to decline , either the autoshop scammed me or i need to invest in a better resi proxy which isnt offshore.
any advice?
