- coping in public spaces with strangers, or with barebones acquaintances sucks because you're basically strangers
- visting family sucks because what is interesting about talking to your mom and dad for the 1000th time about the exact same old shit and doing fuck all else
- going loner mode sucks because of anxiety past a certain age, you can't just cope playing games in a dark room anymore

and worst of all people start to hunker down and cocoon so EVEN IF you had the will to do some crazy shit, guess what, others you would involve are busy with family/SO
