Anything is more efficient than joints. A 10£ bong would save you a lot of weed and be easier on your lungs.

A dry herb vape is best. Smoking is a crude way of extracting the active compounds because combustion destroys a lot of it. Only extracts about 30% where vaporization extracts 70% plus you can use the avb. An on demand vape like a vapcap or sticky brick is best since a battery is cost inefficient amd also gay
