It's like you're on half a heart in Minecraft but have Nausea, Blindness, Slowness, Mining Fatigue, Weakness, Slow Falling potion effects all simultaneously equipped.

At that point you're waiting to naturally die.

tbh that's essentially game over still. You have lost whatever positive qualities of life that you might have had before and then your life from that point until your death is constant suffering.
