The cleanliness excuse is especially retarded because my foid roommate sometimes leaves the dishes uncleaned for days rotting in the sink and she doesn't care that the kitchen or living room is dirty sometimes like bread crumbs or dust. And foids can also be fucking dirty. The security excuse is also very lame because a rapist or a thief is not going to sign a tenancy contract in the same place of the crime so he can be easily identified and caught, you're much more likely of being a victim of crime by a complete stranger than a poor nigga that just wants to rent a room. I guess that by bad experience they mean that the guy came home drunk or brang his girlfriend overnight which of course for men it's a sin but if a foid does it's cool and brave. Technically it's illegal to discriminate based on gender or race but like always the government doesn't care because foids have diplomatic immunity.
