I tried to tourniquet myself again multiple times yesterday and its hard as shit to get the handle tight enough to just falling down but not unconscious. I would have to turn the tourniquet handle 4-6 times which is impossible as my deformed skull blocks the handle from turning any further and I JUST WANT IT TO FUCKING END!!!!
