Venting Frustrated and confused

I'm very new here and need some helpful insight. I told my friend that I’m an incel, just being honest about how I feel and where I’m at, but he completely took it the wrong way. He didn't take it well at all, like I said something offensive or harmful, even though I wasn’t coming from a hateful place at all. Now things are tense between us and I don’t really know how to handle it.

Does anyone here know what I should do in this situation? And if you’re comfortable sharing—how did you guys end up becoming incels?

I didn't become an Incel, I was born one.

Though I realized it around the age of 16. Came across some video on Bitchute by a user called Obsidian_Pill and a lot of the points he made resonated with me. I'm pretty sure he still makes videos to this day.
