For the ones who don't know this already, I probably had by far the most fucked up (and I mean really fucked up) sleep schedule, probably of this entire forum during the holidays.
I went to bed at 2pm , sometimes 3pm, woke up at 8 in the evening, sometimes 7.
My depression was at an all time high, my mood swings were through the roof, constantly switching between suicidal and 'relieved' multiple times a day.
I decided to change that yesterday.....
Yesterday I decided to stay up all day, deprive myself of even more sleep in Hopes of feeling so tired in the evening, that I would instantly fall asleep around 10pm.
And YES, it WORKED.
Slept from 10pm to 7am in the morning, really needed those 9 hours of quality sleep, my sleep schedule is somewhat normal again and most importantly:
I felt reborn, like a completely new individual after I woke up.
I stood up at the side of my bed, and felt clear minded, high IQ and my body felt like it was able to do 50 push ups back to back.
I felt like a navy seal, capable of snapping the limbs of Normiescum with 0 effort.
Sleep is so important man.....
and probably the key to cure depression in combination with early morning sunlight, exercise and fresh organic non processed food.
Yea, I consumed pure garbage too for a long period of time... not the best decision I've made in my life.
Best advice from my side is to Try to eat clean.
No pussy and no sex life is hard.... but health is wealth brocels.
