I can barely workout since my right elbow is fucked(I punctured it with a rock when I fell quite a distance onto some rocks when I was 19), I can just manage to do a few sets of pushups, much less anything else.

It has to be the jew pills without them I don't get these side effects, but also without them I get really crazy and suifuelish intrusive thoughts overwhelming me, the pills don't fully remove them but they help me keep me more calm and in control, thanks BTW.
I don't get pain but a nasty sensation that drives me mad like if I was spinning all over and a mix of dizzyness and nausea focused there, idk how else to explain it tbh.
