You don't need very high iq to understand these stuffs man, just average to above average at best. Just need to be passionate enough, "high IQ" is a meme mostly, you just need to know 5% more than the other person to appear smart.
You you're interested and want to start with the very very basics I'd recommend you to read Terence Tao's book on Real Analysis-1
This is seriously one of the best math books ever written. Simple and succinct.
