So I decided to go all in on self-improvement.
I hit the gym every day, played more sports, started eating healthy, cut out alcohol and drugs, built my social circle, and focused on growing my career. I’ve gone to meetups, improv classes, and social events. I can make friends easily, I work in roles that require being personable, and I’d say I’m a good listener with a sense of humor. I’m tall, athletic, and have a nerdy side that loves tech.

And yet… at 32, I’ve lived a life completely without dating or intimacy.
