He has pushed for policies such as tax cuts, deregulation, and spending cuts which would allow for more houses to be built... the problem is the Democrats have been pretty successful at blocking the major reforms. This is why he needs to declare Martial Law ASAP and bypass all traditional oversight so he can actually get his agenda done. Otherwise he'll end up like Reagan, who despite having good ideas

The money were allowed to keep us heavily regulated and controlled by hundreds of regulating agencies to the point where it’s arguably not even ours.
When we did have capitalism, it was great. We saw the fastest rapid growing of standard of living in human history. Real wages increased at 5% a year
