A society in which individuals can make mistakes can produce a faulty system. Assuming that everyone who was shaped by and shapes the system now can't have any flaws because the system is perfect, so it must be us, is circular reasoning at its best and stupid just world bullshit.
The system just tries to divert attention away from itself to avoid having to redirect resources towards the problem. Yes in this sense we are a form of slaves, who are denied basic human rights out of greed. Even we NEETs are just the side product of the training process for slavery.
